1. Learn the ins and the outs of your business → then automate, build systems, and delegate

2. Do things that don’t scale - this is how you stand out

3. Talk to customers from day ONE

4. Above all: prioritise CUSTOMERS - take feedback - people like to complicate things too much, just speak to customers every single day and never stop

5. Work with people who operate like this - don't work with a**holes

6. Build an audience through your personal brand - this is next level of entrepreneurship (start before it gets too crowded)

7. Start selling as fast as possible - cash flow is KEY 💸

8. Build an ecosystem around your company with different price levels:

→ Free products

→ Low ticket products

→ Medium ticket products

→ The highest ticket products

9. While everyone else runs around and looks for shortcuts, stay focused, rely on discipline and build your business brick by brick

→ One day things start to compound 📈
